We are beating our heads against the wall until we are able to have the Supreme Court of the United States admit that registration is now in every respect, PUNISHMENT and should be eliminated.

Decent discussion, things may change yet, heres an odd topic, since supreme courts hv ruled lifetime registration isnt cruel/unusual punishment & you get your Ca civil liberties restored (cert of rehab), how do you now find peace even though ur conviction isnt postable & you find your face posted on various mugshot websites ? the nightmare continues, btw, ca pc 243.4a is exempt but yet there I am for all to gawk at, btw Im a divorced dad w kids which makes me hv a totally different opinion about foia and excessive extensive extential violence my kids suffer daily in public sch.. vigilenteeism isnt a crime when city/county officials are the perpetraitors.. america WAKE UP !!
